FWO Chartered Accountants partners with ALPMA to improve the financial capability of SME law firms across Australia. Through keynote presentations, workshops and webinars, we contribute practical, experience-led education that helps Practice Managers and Partners better understand the financial drivers of their business.
Our focus is on building confidence, consistency and shared understanding around financial performance; supporting better conversations, clearer decision making and stronger performance across ALPMA member firms.
The program will include a series of interactive workshops, delivered both in person and online, designed for Practice Managers, Finance Managers and Managing Principals. Each session will explore core areas of financial performance, with a focus on practical application rather than theory.
Workshops will include real‑world examples, guided discussion and clear takeaways that participants can apply within their firms to improve confidence, consistency and financial decision making. Content is being developed in collaboration with ALPMA to ensure it aligns with member needs and supports the broader learning and development agenda.
